Glanbia plc, the Better Nutrition company, (the “Company”) announces that it has signed an agreement to sell SlimFast US and certain other jurisdictions, subject to customary closing conditions, to Heartland Food Products Group, a US-based leader in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
SlimFast was designated as non-core in February 2025. A process is ongoing for the sale of SlimFast in remaining jurisdictions.
