Knorr partners with Simon Community to ‘Give Winter More’ this November

Posted on: 21 Nov 2025

From 21st to 23rd of November, the Give Winter More with Knorr truck will be visiting locations across Dublin in Nutgrove Shopping Centre on Friday 21st, The Square in Tallaght on Saturday 22nd and Dundrum Town Centre on Sunday 23rd of November between 12pm and 4pm, inviting the public to enjoy a warming cup of Knorr soup and take home some free samples.

For every soup given out, Knorr will donate the equivalent number of packets to the Simon Community, supporting people experiencing homelessness during the coldest months of the year all over Ireland. Over the three days, the Give Winter More with Knorr truck is expected to share more than 10,000 cups of soup, spreading the spirit of giving across Dublin and beyond. The initiative aims to bring people together through simple, hearty food while giving back to those who need it most.

Commenting on the initiative Aoife McCarthy, Senior Brand Manager at Knorr, said: “At Knorr, we believe that good food has the power to bring people together. Through this campaign, we’re not only sharing our soups with the public, but extending that warmth to those who need it most. As the cold winter months set in, our soups offer a quick, easy, and delicious way to feel nourished and comforted.”

Ber Grogan, Executive Director of the Simon Communities of Ireland added: “We’re beyond grateful for Knorr’s support at a time when demand for Simon services continues to grow. This initiative will help us provide hot meals and comfort to people facing extremely difficult circumstances during this harsh winter period.”

The ‘Give Winter More with Knorr’ campaign is part of Knorr’s ongoing commitment to making good food accessible from everyday families to those in need. By turning a simple act of sharing soup into an opportunity to give back, Knorr hopes to inspire more people to connect, care, and support one another this season.
