With over a third of Irish consumers eating Free From foods, B-Free launches two new wrap varieties - Avocado and High Protein

Over the past year, 37% of Irish consumers have agreed that they have started to eat and drink more free-from foods and sales of free-from foods has increased by 20% in 2020*. Based on research conducted by BFree, the innovative gluten and wheat free baked goods brand, consumers are choosing free-from foods for a variety of reasons including health (53%) and taste (26%)**. Whether consumers are choosing free-from foods due to being a Coeliac, having intolerances or wanting good-for-me products, it is still all about the taste, freshness, quality, flavour and natural ingredients for shoppers.
