Friday night’s €130 million EuroMillions draw produced an incredible 117,000 prize winners in Ireland including three high tier winners from Dublin, Meath and Mayo in the Super Mega jackpot draw.

There was one Spanish winner of the €130 million jackpot but National Lottery officials have this morning urged players in Ireland to check their tickets to see if they have won one of the substantial prizes won in the draw.

The EuroMillions Plus top prize of €500,000 was sold yesterday (Friday) at the Bookstation newsagent in the Stillorgin Shopping Centre in Co. Dublin. Incredibly, this is the second EuroMillions Plus top prize to be sold in the store in recent months after they sold the same winning prize in October 2019. The lucky store is proving to be a lottery hotspot for their customers having previously sold another Lotto ticket worth €300,000 in October 2018.

The winning EuroMillions Plus numbers were: 04, 15, 33, 40, 43

Friday night’s Euromillions draw also produced a Match 5 + Lucky Star prize winner of €130,444. The lucky player from Meath who came agonisingly close to the €130 million jackpot bought their ticket online on www.lottery.ie. Online players are now encouraged to check their emails to see if they have received a notification from the National Lottery to inform them of their massive prize.

EuroMillions players in Mayo have also been asked to check their tickets carefully after another player Matched 5 numbers in Friday’s draw, winning €14,518. The winning Quick Pick ticket was sold at the Tesco store in Westport, Co. Mayo.

The winning EuroMillions numbers were: 09, 15, 17, 25, 40 LUCKY STARS: 03, 09

A National Lottery spokesperson said: “Over 117,000 players in Ireland won prizes in last night’s EuroMillions draw so it is vital that anybody who entered the draw checks their tickets carefully to see if they won one of these fantastic prizes. If you do happen to be one of the lucky big winners, please keep the ticket safe, sign the back of it and contact our prize claims team on 01 836 4444 and we will make arrangements for you to collect your prize in the National Lottery Winner’s Room”.
