Tesco has achieved a standout performance at this year’s prestigious Monde Selection Awards, earning eight accolades across its Tesco Finest Certified Irish Angus range.
Tesco also took home four Diamond awards, a special recognition given to products that achieve Gold or Grand Gold for three consecutive years.
Monde Selection brings together more than 80 internationally respected experts, including Michelin-star chefs, master sommeliers and leading food specialists, to evaluate products from around the world. Only those that meet the highest standards of quality and flavour are awarded, making this recognition a powerful endorsement of excellence.

Five Tesco Finest beef product were awarded Grand Gold awards for:
· Tesco Finest Certified Irish Angus Fillet Steak
· Tesco Finest Certified Irish Angus Striploin Steak
· Tesco Finest Certified Irish Angus Rib Eye Steak
· Tesco Finest Certified Irish Angus Bone in Rib
· Tesco Finest Certified Irish Angus Chateaubriand
The brand also received three Gold awards for:
· Tesco Finest Certified Irish Angus Sirloin Steak
· Tesco Finest Certified Irish Angus Fillet Barrel
· Tesco Finest Certified Irish Angus Rib Eye Joint (with Black Pepper, Irish Atlantic Sea Salt & Garlic Seasoning, and Mushroom & Bordeaux Red Wine Sauce)
And its four Diamond award winners were for:
